ProFIT Strength makes tracking your package as easy as possible. If you wish to receive a tracking number simply contact our customer service. Your adjustable dumbbells will arrive in 2 separate boxes and come fully assembled, ready for your use.

What if I want to buy a set of adjustable dumbbells as a gift?

No problem, simply put in your billing address and make sure to fill out the shipping address and we will deliver them for you. Fill out a special message in the notes section and we will do our best to include it in the shipment for your recipient.

What if I am located outside of this map?

If you are outside of these specific regions that are mentioned here and are willing to pay for incremental shipping and taxes to another location simply contact us.

Where do you ship the items from?

We currently ship out the adjustable dumbbells from Santa Barbara, California.

How come I received only 1 box with 1 dumbbell?

Each purchase comes with a pair of dumbbells, so you receive 2 separate boxes with a complete dumbbell in each – which are almost always sent out together. Sometimes when shipping items across the country one of those boxes will end up on a truck that gets there before the other one, but not to worry, your other matching dumbbell will be arriving within 24 hours of the earlier package.

No problem, we would be happy to assist you and set up bulk shipping discounts if at all possible.
