1. General Policy

All sales are considered final upon order confirmation.
Due to the nature of our products — which are built-to-order, customized, and scheduled for production immediately upon payment — returns, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted once production or shipment has begun.


2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Products that include branding, color selections, logo application, or size/material customization are treated as custom orders.

  • Once a customer approves design, specifications, or invoice, the order enters production and cannot be altered or canceled.
  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturer defect.

3. Standard Products

For standard, non-customized items (if applicable), customers may request a return within 5 business days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • The customer obtains a Return Authorization (RA) number in writing from ProFit before shipping back any product.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable freight or handling charges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Freight & Delivery

  • Once a product leaves the facility or port of origin, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer or their carrier.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • ProFit will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but freight damage is not grounds for a refund.

5. Defective or Missing Parts

If a product arrives with missing or defective components, we will provide replacement parts or repair guidance at no cost.
Replacements or parts do not constitute grounds for return or refund.


6. Deposits & Payment Terms

Deposits or prepayments secure production and are non-refundable once materials are allocated or manufacturing has begun.
If a customer cancels before production starts, ProFit may refund up to 50% of the deposit, at its discretion, to cover administrative and pre-production costs.


7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims arising from sales are subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of California.
Customers agree that chargebacks or payment reversals will be considered breach of contract, and ProFit reserves the right to recover legal and collection fees.


8. Summary

Our products are made with precision and care. We stand behind their quality — but due to their custom-built nature and logistics complexity, all sales are final once production has begun.
We encourage every customer to review specifications carefully before confirming an order.
